Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges:
No comparison in service: No refunds
Terms:
After Diamond Escape Lda received the 50% to confirm the reservation. Follow bellow the cancellation terms of refund:
Until 30 days before arrive: refund 35% of Total paid
Less than 30 days before arrive: no refund
No show up on the meeting point: no refund
All cancellation expenses are subject to additional charges incurred by Diamond Escape Lda with transportation, accommodation, food and beverages, contracted services or other non-refundable charges related to a booking made by Customer.
The time of the excursions is subject to changes depending on the traffic. A tour will not be canceled and no refund will be given.
Contracted services
Local guides, meals, some transportation providers (eg, cars, trains or boats) and other necessary services are contracted to third parties and are not Diamond Escape Lda employees. Thus, in providing these services, Diamond Escape Lda acts only as sales agent and is not responsible for any claims against these entities that result from actions on its behalf.
Reservations Policy
After the first payment, reservations changes are subject to: Availability for the new Dates
Change of values initially proposed
If the new values are different from the initially proposed, the respective adjustments will be made.
Diamond Escape Lda reserves the rights to refuse to handle any person who appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behavior is considered a threat to the driver, vehicle or The other passengers.
Smoking is not allowed in vehicles.
Diamond Escape Lda attempt to transport the passenger, with comfort during the program.
However circumstances beyond our control like, Exceptional or severe weather conditions, Deaths and accidents on the roads, Vandalism and terrorism, Unforeseen traffic delays or Strikes by Third Parties, can prevent this responsibility from being carried out.
With the payment of the first invoice the customer tacitly accepts the conditions present in these terms and conditions.
